Not all reg users that visits the site are listed in "viewonline.php" (check here and IP.it), I've tried to logout and login again but I don't get listed, I've deleted the cookies also but nothing changes.

Online users during the day are updated only once every hour, to avoid charging the server with unuseful queries.

Try to check one hour after your visit and you should be listed correctly...
