Post subject: How Do I Add Sidebars To Black Pearl Skin???

Hi, I've viewed a few tutorials on phpbb3 but I can't find any informative information on how to add sidebars to my forum. I am using the Black Pearl skin, and I want my side bars to appear very similar to ICYPHOENIX homepage. I want a side bar on both sides, just need help on which files to edit, where to put the needed code to display the information in tables with separate titles. I want it pretty much the exact way as ICYPHOENIX displays on the index page.

If anyone could help I would really appreciate it.

I have some knowledge in Java, and Linux but I have no clue how to get the side bars to appear the way I want. Any help will be highly appreciated!
