did you update from the patch or did you use the full ip1.3.0.53a instalation pack ??

because the patch is only for update 1.3.0.53 to 1.3.0.53a

apparently we hhave solved??

how??

1. we have updated the site from IP 1.2.0.27 to 1.3.0.53a
2. Backuped all DB whit mysqldumper
3. deleted all folder and file on the site
4. deleted all tables in the database
5. Installed IP 1.3.0.53a clear
6. uploaded our file, avatars, images of the album, template, and other files via FTP
7. Restored the Database Backup

the result is that the site works well and we haven't white page since that time only on saturday night for about a half of our but we think it's a problem of aruba...

for now we have not problem with the white page and we have clear the cache for the first time since we have done that today
