Hello, I have a little problem with the accents and Ñ .. and looked at other forum threads and I am not a solved nothing .. And also tried to convert PHP files "LANG_SPANISH" to UTF-8 but it says error coding .. I leave you capture so you can see the problem better.

Any solution?

Parece que This is a problem with the database... I have the same problem with nixiweb.com.
When you find a solution for this problem... tell me something

Neng, I have Versión de phpBB Icy Phoenix: 1.3.0.53b and I don't understand the question "Did you convert your database with the provided script?" because is the first instalation.
