I have just spent 20 minutes trying to replicate it and I can't get it to do it again. I checked the template(s) to see if I made some changes but they are original.

Yes, I logged in and cleared all caches twice even though I doubted myself that that would have helped because I wasn't logged in when it happened.
And to be honest, I can't really remember what I was doing when it happened.
