Old Support Topics - Google Search Now Broken?

Post subject: Google Search Now Broken?

Thought I'd use Google search for a specific query this evening. It's always worked before, but now it gives a 'null' response. You get the page, but no results at all. Happens here on this site too. Any ideas? Has Google changed something important somewhere?

It's not the first time Google does that... it's a pain in the ***.

I'll have a look at this issue hopefully later today.

I should have fixed on this website... and this is the good news.

The bad news is that Google is forcing people to create a Custom Search Engine on their pages... at least it is the only way I could make it work.

Can you confirm that it works?

GITHUB updated with the latest version of code.
