You´ve got to get in contact with the developer first and ask for pèrmission or pay a small license fee. Normaly that is´nt much. But if you don´t, you might get in trouble. Usually it is enough to leave the copyright. If you want to remove it, you should contact CMS developer and ask to check whether it is possible to remove its copyright by paying a fee.
