FIXED ****SQL Error : 1114 The Table 'bbxs5_sessions' Is Full

hi guys,

i have not upgraded for about 1 year, so my fourm has been quite dead.
every time i try and log on as admin i get this error

could sum one please advise me on how two fix this issue?

try going to http://yoursite/adm/erc.php

you can empty the sessions table there
