It consists to install PhpBB3 clean on a subfolder off your IP root for example, afterwards upload the requiered script to PhpBB/install/converters and go to install again. there you select conversion. select the IP converter and run it fill the requiered data in and wait to the time the script finishes. afterwards check, that everything was portet, by checking your PhpBB forum. First I converted to phpbb3 and then to vbulletin, but it doesn't work well.
