But i do rename files: sessions.php, functions.php and functions_dbmtnc.php from the includes folder on the server, and then i fresh upload new files, but i see same problem when i access to the page. And that is just extra precaution. You don't want to chmod everything 705 though. I will include a better example, however I am glad you got your website working. I would start by changing directory to the root directory of IcyPhoenix. Execute the following command first to give only the owner write acces and read access only to web-users. So if they are not there just create some empty that are named exactly as you see there, and then give those empty files the permissions needed.
