My Web Was Hacked Other Time

My web was hacked two times, the first time only the hackers modified the index.php but the second time was all the forum and portal. Now i am restauring all the files but i think the hackers hack the database too. MG ¿What i do?. If the hackers hack my web two times too they hack other time. The first time the hackers up a files in the folder pafiledb/images/screenshots.

Save logs, files and db as the crackers leave them.
