Page Generation Time

hello there...

Sometimes i my site takes more than the usual time to load for example this time its duration was:

Lo-Fi Version
Page Generation Time: 30.9666s (PHP: 91% SQL: 9%)
SQL queries: 534 - Debug On -

This could be my XS's problem or my host's?

Can anybody send me a robots.txt file cause i have some errors in my servers logs?
