CANNOT LOG INTO ADMIN

tried logging in to my admin pamel today and get a stupid message saying LOGGED IN USERS CANNOT LOG IN TO ADMIN.


this is not the first time ive had issues when trying to get into ADMIN 

anyone got any idea's as to why?

Try clearing your cache and cookies in your browse....

And empty your cache folder except for the index.html and .htaccess file by ftp

See if that helps..

done all that as a matter of course.it some how let me in after i logged out then back in again..all fine...............................then again this afternoon i get this poxy message..[b]Logged In Users cannot access the site.[/b]

forgive me if i sound a tad annoyed but this is becoming tiresome and damn annoyoyin to be told i cannot acces my own sites admin area.

i also got the obligtory to many log in attempts garbage

are your folders correctly chmoded.... empty your sessions table on your phpmyadmin and your sessions key... but do not delete the tables

and try again.. let me know
