I've had the same problem with installation as [url=http://www.icyphoenix.com/viewtopic.php?t=1338]this, and the same solution works.  As the table prefix is is ip_ rather than phpbb_ now, can you tell me if I have to rename PHPBB_INSTALLED to ip_installed?
