I have checked today all chmod settings, and this is all ok.

About the forbidden, i can´t see that. i see your board correctly. i think the problem is that your server has done any maintenance and don´t wanted to shotdown the server.

The other you have about the messages, is caused because you don´t activate the message checkbox counter on the acp>> forum management>>management>>edit>>(checkbox)"count messeges" 
this isn´t literal.
