Re: What A Warm Welcome This Was

Maybe I cannot understand English very well... but these are your "introduction" messages here in this forum.

For what I can read you haven't been so kind to introduce yourself and being so kind to wait someone to help.

It seems you are new to open source project where no price but just kindness and courtesy is requested by people that offer their work and their free time for free.

I cannot accept that your first two posts were of this tone.

You are welcome to stay here if you are willing to respect other people work.

Otherwise you can go to your profile and you will find a link to ask your account deletion.

Here are your posts... just for the archive.
what is going on?
first: I get logged out automatically every few minutes.
Second: there has to be at least one person in here that knows where the heck the missing files is from the full package download.
I read the old posts where others missed the file too -
and it does NOT work, just to have the mg_themes folder there - because the installation asks for the ../ca_aphrodite/ file

So - I cannot install anything.

I even went and re-downloaded the zip file again just to make sure the my unzip was not fault - and - nope, the file is definitely not in there.

So - that is something that is really annoying when you download a "full package", upload the files, create the DB, do the CHMOD etc. only NOT to be able to do anything with it.

Maybe a simple phpBB install is the answer.
The old IMportal has too many quirks - so, no use for it either.
So, I looked at Icy install, liked what I see - but now am stuck and no one seems to be able to supply the file,
although they all have to have the file otherwise they would not have been able to install in the first place.

How disappointing. :(
