Just use an image the same size as the original background, rename it and make sure it stays fixed. (don't MOD the .css) ;)

The background in the sample picture above appears to repeat, that's because the sample pic was put together from two screen-shots. :)

Re Icy Themes site:

Only new styles / themes will be released from there until they have been tested,  then they will be moved to Icy Phoenix Theme Db. :P
