That is very difficult, because the system in phpBB 3 around the BBCode is totally different with the system in Icy Phoenix (based on the system in phpBB 2) :? 

You can try to convert some BBcode in Icy Phoenix to phpBB3 but the whole system is very difficult to implement it in phpBB 3. 8)
