If you downloaded Icy Phoenix, Aphrodite, Black and Blue Pearl, Icy Silver, Mars Attack, Milky Way, or Morpheus IP, upload the files and folders to their respective directories on your server.

For example, if you downloaded Icy Silver, copy ip_root/templates/mg_themes/ to YOUR_IP_ROOT/templates/mg_themes.

After uploading your chosen style, go to ACP -> Styles & Templates -> Styles Management -> Install Styles.  From that list, you should see the theme you uploaded.  Either click Install or tick the check box and click install.
