[possible Bug] Google Analytics In Footer

ok not sure if this is a bug... I hope someone can confirm with me if it is or is not..

but after adding google analytic code into the ACP it worked fine... later I then turned off [b]Show Page Generation Time on Footer[/b]

and the analytics code vanished or turned off as well...

Is this the way it should be or is this a bug....
