Yep! renaming the internal folder of the download from ip_20090718_13053 to forum or community or MySite etc and then ftp'ing it to their website in binary mode - then going to their browser and goto http://theirsite.whatever/forum or whatever/install > Enter - - - - Can be pretty daunting.

Care to share with us your expertise on uploading applications to your server and installing them?  :shock: 

Could make it easier for everyone. ;)
