FYI: Your problem was not with FAP, but your general forum configuration.
You had your script path set wrong (/public_html). Solved by resetting it to [highlight=#FFFFAA]/[/highlight]

Did notice some stuff missing from your ACP>Photo Album >Configuration ...... check that you have edited the "admin/page_header.tpl and have copied the file fap.css" in your template ..... review the FAP install text.
