This tutorial is not valid anymore for Icy Phoenix.

As the CMS system is now stable, we are trying to create a new one for the new package.

Please be patient a little bit.

Is someone is willing to create some tutorial on how to create, add, edit and customize blocks is really welcome. :mri:
