Yeah! feed the monkey's!

Every time someone took a pic of me the camera lens cracked or the film melted.

Anyway, while you two have been sleeping and generally not doing very much to speed up the next FULL release of Icy Phoenix - I've been expanding my knowledge on "All things useless with phpBB" here.

Front Door: h**p://lopalong.com :mricy:

But the main point in me bringing this up is @ Luca,

Maybe you would like to have a look at this UploadPic MOD for phpBB ? And if you do - Let me know and I'll make it available.

Here's an ACP partial screenshot:

Here's a demo link: with a pic of me sometime into the future when I get a lot older. (I'm the good-Looking one) - - - - - "BOOM!" :P

Hi Mike,

I'm not really doing anything with mods at the moment. I'm only playing and stripping a hybrid of Orion, IP 27 and adding some stuff from phpbb and phpbb hacks to see what's good, what's not and how far I can go before I wreck it. And of course this is all before MG stops "Playing" with Icy and releases a FULL public version so I can wreck that too. :mrblue:

I also don't know if it would be worthwhile for either you, me or anyone to convert it to IP (latest), just for the added extras, but I did assume that MG may like to consider expanding the existing Pic Upload to include some if not all of the DB extras etc - - - - - - - Something that's just up his alley. :P

Don't know, but it does have some features that sets it apart from the existing upload pics, but on the other hand it should be easy enough to convert for IP and add highslider to it providing it's not in breach of the Upload Pic license that may prevent converting - adding and distributing it. :(

As for your other question: I wasn't getting married, neither was I the best man.  :mryellow:

PS:

Hey, maybe MG should look at using BBCodebox reloaded too, and replace the crappy editor that Icy uses, as that has a lot of nice ACP features too.

Well... 1.3.0.53 is stable, I am just releasing a patch to fix some bugs...

The new version is far far away from being released.

I'll think about this. I have created the upload feature just to have a quick way to add pictures to posts. There is already the album which should fit all the other needs about pictures.

Currently I'm not planning to review the BBCode Box and how it works.

I prefer to keep these kind of things as mod, like the WYSIWYG editor.

I didn't mean a whole new version Luca, I meant when the patches are eventually added to the current main IP download and not be an extra to it. ;)

Subject: Re: Testing Upload Pic Size
I added the other add pic to post mod.. basically as it allows you to delete any users pics from the ACP. and you can left and right align instantly (not that it is hard to do) I have this mod upgraded for icy RC1 version at the moment but will upgrade it when I have finished upgrading all my sites..

In that case the latest patch is almost final.

I will not change 1.3 core code unless is for bugs fixing (or a very very good reason for doing it).

He seems to be so modest. I love this picture. It's so cute.
