I think the only thing in that list IP doesn't have is password protected forums. :LOL:

yes,there is all in ip,but there aren't my mood mod and password protected forums

There are some more:

-Ability given to the user to change his own nick group colour
-The 'never' permisson masks
-The mods private reports on the ACP.php page
......

But the interface is easier to understand and it is easier to manage the boards on IP
