I think the only thing in that list IP doesn't have is password protected forums.

yes,there is all in ip,but there aren't my mood mod and password protected forums

There are some more:

-Ability given to the user to change his own nick group colour
-The 'never' permisson masks
-The mods private reports on the ACP.php page
......

But the interface is easier to understand and it is easier to manage the boards on IP
