all you can do as far as i know is to get his/her ip address by doing a whois search and report it to his internet provider..
they will not treat this as very serious....
any other info you can provide will be helpful..
when you joined the site...
the name of the admin of the site
etc

damn i always for get to check the forum
and yes i agree probably not the best place to discuss...but i gave them the correct and legal way of dealing with it....
