Does the constant PHP_EXT play any part in making IP SEO compliant?

I mean - Is it switched in any way to trick php into html?

If anybody else is wondering – it's really only internal. Rely on the .htaccess (URL rewriting in general) to do what it needs to :-).

I was looking for a way to do it without having to edit the .htaccess file to change the path each time when the script is not in the root of the domain.
