Why not just edit the parameters in:

templates/default/blocks/flash_news_block.tpl

thanks guys...

but that dont fit my needs...

the flash news are still tooo big... and i want to change it to a smaller one....

maybe also a new colorized ticker..

you might try to extract the fla with one of these extractor script´s.

but there not freeware
