Ok Dimo, I have synchronised some things for you and did New Player's suggestion, made a test post (result Dimo 14 posts), deleted test post (result 13 posts)

Please test and let me know what you think

Then I go back in and copy settings of forum 1 to all other forums ... mostly for "count user posts" setting (Cantidad de mensajes de usuarios)

Now it will count all posts

and finally I go back and kick the top poster block by leaving a souvernir  

Now all users have a count in top list

Now you've repair the counter but How did you repair the Top Posters?

Please, explain me with detail the process  

there is no process ..if the counter works you make one post and topposters gets updated for all users

Only problem was that most forums were set to NOT count user posts

It's confusing as to who is writing or replying to the posts, and it's made even worse because you just about "Quote" every post instead of using the "Reply" button.
