SOLVED Another Block Question

Is it safe to say I can add a blobal message to the website on all pages that only guest can see? If person logs in that message goes away? I am guessing I can add a block to the top of each page and make it guest view only?

That's correct.
Global blocks > find the block you need > click on the icon on the left of "Viewed by:", select "Guests only". Done!
