Ok the answer is here. I have the same exact error (problem) as you do.

Scenario #1

I upload a image and saved it to my website via the Album plugin. I use the bbcode and put an image in a forum post and submit.

I take the website link to the forum post and share it and the image works perfect on the Facebook post.

Scenario #2, 3 and so forth and so on

1. I uploaded a image to imgur photo hosting website.
2. I create a forum post and insert the image for IMGUR website and submit. Verified the post and image work great on my website.
3. I confidently make a post on Facebook and share the post link from my website containing the image that I host on IMGUR and it will share my post without the IMGUR image. The only image it shows is my website icyphoenix header image.

I tried a couple other off the cuff hosting sites as well and the image will not show on Facebook. Only images hosted on my own website will share on Facebook.

Sorry i am of no help from here. Not sure if this is a Icy Phoenix bug or policy issue with image hosters.

I've uploaded the images in my website using "Upload image" BBCode.

I tried two ways: sharing through the icons below the post, and taking and adding the link to my Facebook. Neither works.

I'm thinking this problem could be because the translate to Spanish, what do you think? Because I have two rare problems: the date and time of the chatbox, and this one.

Well, not sure if it is the translation or not to be honest.

what you can do is get on your website at some point in time in the night when no one is ever going to be on or simply close your site for maintenance for 15 minutes. Change the language back to English and see if you still have Facebook problems and date and time. if it works, then it is the translation.

It was in General Settings > SEO > URL rewrite > NOT
And General Settings > SEO > URL rewrite to guests > YES

I thought that the PHP links allows images but not the HTML links, because I shared this topic, and showed the image.

But it worked only in this topic, I don't know why. I tried to share this topic and  this one but the images didn't show.

     

Now that is odd. I can share posts on Facebook from my site and it shows the images. I went to your website and copied the post you supplied the links for and it will not post the images. Hmmm

Are the images hosted on your site or another image host? And if they are hosted on your website, is hotlinking turned on or off in the album? If hotlinking is not allowed, images will not show.

What about uploading an image to your forum using the upload image button and bbcode and then try sharing that post. Will the image show on facebook then?

The first one topic images are in my website (I haven't an album).

The second topic image is in my website too.

In the third topic, the first image is in my website, and the second one is a screen capture from Screen Shot of Firefox.

The only difference among the three is the image size. The first one has a bigger image thant the others. Do you think this is the point?

There is also a cache on Facebook which prevents some links to be re-parsed again... so if you edit something and you still submit the same link, nothing changes, because Facebook still displays it from cache.

So, I don't want to complicate your day with coding stuff... but please link me here the topic you're having problem with and I'll have a look.

By the way, is there some way to remove the name of the category in the link? This name appears in each link that I share, on Twitter or Facebook...

The image you parsed isn't processed, maybe because you set thumbnail dimension very small.

To remove the category from the link an edit of Icy Phoenix code is required, it's not so easy.

Anyway I'll check again the whole code, since I may update it to comply with recent changes.

Okay, the problem is from Facebook, not IcyPhoenix. And I don't understand very well this page
