I've already could find this option.
To other users with the same question:
Go to ACP > General Configuration > Various configurations > Forum Index Icons
This option will show icons to the right of each forum title (in the forum index): RSS, new topic ...
Go to ACP > Forum > Administration > Edit some forum > Icons in the index
If you enable this option you will see icons for RSS and new topic in the forum index (note that you also need to have the global option of this feature activated in the Icy Phoenix configuration)
