Modification description: Adds a site announcement box to the top of your forums that can be edited easily in the admin panel.

Tested on IcyPhoenix version: 1.2.0.27.

Modification overview:
You can preview announcements before posting and BBCode and smilies are supported.
Latest or First post of either a forum or topic can be chosen for announcements as well.
Admin can choose who should see the Site Announcements (All, Registered, Mods, Admin only)
Separate announcements for guests only can be shown

Demo: None.

Includes Pre-Modded Files: No.

Category: Add-Ons.

Nice idea... yes, it is better to have a clear separate box from the forum for important messages. Nice one... and worth more than the 5/10

What is the number of the theme as indicated in Styles and Templates in the ACP. ?
