It really depends on the user... I have used both but prefer tinyMce over Xinha... plus there is better support at the tinyMce site than there is at the Xinha site

EDIT: Right Ive installed this and is there in the CMS editor but what would the root be for KB? Ive tried fbv1/templates/common/tiny_mce and templates/common/tiny_mce but isn't showing in the knowledge base editor?
