Post FAP SUPPORT - Moderate Comments

Is there any option or MOD available to moderate comments. I guess its very important to have such an option for user personal galleries to avoid rude or bad comments being visible.

I don't think there's a way to do this. I know users can moderate their own galleries, but I don't think that includes the comments.

I guess only album moderators should be able to moderate comments.

I agree. There should be an option to toggle "Moderate comments" ON or OFF for moderators. So that when its ON the comments do not get displayed till the moderator (owner of album) approves them.

So you mean APPROVE/DISAPPROVE comments before they are posted...

Sorry, but I misunderstood what you needed... Currently it is not possible in FAP.

Post Re: Moderate Comments

Another question. When moderate personal gallery is set, users can moderate their own gallery including editing/deleting other users' comments. If I disable this, users can't edit their personal gallery photos (edit info or delete). How can it be that users can edit their personal gallery photos but not be able to edit/delete other user comments since this is kind of inappropriate in my way?

Sorry, but I don't understand what do you mean... what is inappropriate? Personal gallery owners not able to edit other users comments?

Yes. Users should be able to edit/delete photos but not edit comments. For instance, someone uploads a photo and they receive a comment that the picture is good. And they can edit it to say that the photo is excellent. Do you understand me?
