027-0011 Wrong Default Profile Option On Registration

Some users of icyphoenix.it, (but on my site is the same), tell that new users have on their profile this option OFF by default:

- user_allow_mass_email
- user_allow_pm_in

I don't know if is it a bug or not, but in IMHO I think that is better if these option are ON by default on registration.

Tell the users to run this SQL:

ALTER TABLE `phpbb_users` CHANGE `user_allow_pm_in` `user_allow_pm_in` TINYINT(1) NOT NULL DEFAULT '1';

ALTER TABLE `phpbb_users` CHANGE `user_allow_mass_email` `user_allow_mass_email` TINYINT(1) NOT NULL DEFAULT '1';

Not Luca... the problem is not solved even if I try to run the SQL. You can see here the problem:

The same situation is on icyphoenix.it. You can check there on users profiles.
