I've seen this on many different beta websites.  Although the issue is very small, it deserves a mention.

If you look on viewonline.php in the bottom right corner above the jumpbox, you'll see "All Times Are".  This used to say "All Times Are UTC - 5" or something along those lines.

Thought the bug trackers might want to confirm this.

I know it's on proSilver IP Blue when you click on Who Is Online...and that picture was pulled from IP.com.

Let me check the other styles and see if it's a style problem.
