I see no trace at all of your favicon modification TBH

the only modification I noticed is this:
Code: [Download] [Hide] [Select]
<td align="center" valign="middle"><h1><a href="http://www.twat-genttlemans-club.com/index.html">[TWAT]Gentleman's Club</a></h1><span class="gen">Call of Duty Black Ops Clan</span></td>

this one would work if you did not make a typo in the used url (genttlemans)

If I were you I would setup a testboard to learn and test (something you can break without worries).

It would help if you wrote where you get stuck exactly so someone can take a look to get an idea of what you are doing wrong.
Right now it looks to me like an almost default board with no errors (wich may be good for the board but not for pin-pointing where the problem starts)

all I want is a few mods to work with black pearl on my forum

I just re-read your posts - Auto mod will never work with Black Pearl because Mighty Gorgon has split templates and actually has MORE templates than the default phpBB3 themes.

It may be better if you pick a theme that is based on the default phpBB styles and practice with that.

Black Pearl also has CSS problems as the text jumps all over the place and varies greatly in size when you switch between FF and IE.

And because of that I just dumped it from a forum I'm building.

This may be of interest to those who would choose to modify it. Because from the six themes I'm currently working on - MG is the only one to stick with and use em's for font sizing.
