I have yet seen that the problem about staff message out of margin still to be also in Build 058.
Try to go in
ACP/Headers&Banners and type a staff message, it will appear in a block on top of index.php but out of right margin, ONLY if you use IE and only in index.php or message pages, not in forum.php
It was a problem that I have mentionated with the Buld 049 and it was resolved ... but I don't remember how and from who (probably in Italian support Forum) ... I think it was a wrong compatibility of <div> or something like this ...
I thought it was fixed with Build 058.
Could be a patch for this issue ?
Sorry I'm not a developer, otherwise I would suggest the code change.
