maybe this is from the portal page and is related to cache..
try to clean your cache, then it should work

I think that means that this user has set in the profile to be hidden.

In any case... disable the cache for online block in portal... otherwise in some cases hidden users may be visible.

It is a hidden member.
I wanted to ask actually. Is there a way to disable members being able to make themselves or login as hidden? I know Admin and Mods can see them still though.

By default, only the Admins can see hidden users, not moderators.

Ah wonderful. It wasn't there in the last release. It's a shame it can't just be switched on or off in the ACP huh.
