Support to activity mod not given.

I know that. But it's a conflict bug in IP, and not in Amod.
In constants.php, I had unlocked this permissions to run. Just that, and MG forgot put this in his new installer... in older one, he did note this, I remember, and fix my problem. Just that.

I did not ask support to Amod in no time... but sorry if you undestood wrong. Not my mistake.

I have searched this and cannot find anything about it. I have upgraded two different forums to IP 1.7.22 and both have the same issue. I am unable to ad a banner ot the header or in a topic through the ACP due to the following error.

You don't have permission to access /phpBB2/adm/admin_board_headers_banners.php on this server.

I have set the permissions as instructed for a new install after performing the upgrade. Id this a permissions issue or a server setting issue. Any ideas?

I really like IP and want to get these little details worked out ASAP. Thanks for any help you can provide.

In order to determine if it is a server issue, we need to konw the settings of it.

What settings would you require? Which setting would effect my accessing this particular file? Would this help? http://adjustersonly.net/phpinfo.php

OK, so now I need to add "You don't have permission to access /phpBB2/cms.php on this server." This has got to be a setting on the server that is affecting multiple things. I chmod'ed all of the files indicated in the Install instructions.

BTW, I changed permission on the first file to 777 long enough to see if it would have an effect. It did not.     This is growing troublesome. I did find another thread similar to mine, but there was no response there either.

Now I am starting to wonder if I should really use this program for my forums. It looks nice on the surface, but I just now did a search for the one word "server" and was told "No results matched" yet this thread right here has the word server in it. Why was this thread not found? How many other times is the word server mentioned in other posts and it is not found. There might even be an answer to my question somewhere on this site, but the search engine is not finding it. It is, however, finding the "settings" 240 times. That just makes no sense.

I think you should go to adm directory and look if there is any .htaccess file, if yes, just try to rename it. Maybe is that what causes the problem.
Have you set any special configuration to adm directory in your server control panel?

Why do you not find any results?
Here's the reply: server is an prohibited word in the English language, I don't know if it is in others. Then the problem is not the search engine, it works okay.
