Hi,

I am running IP 1.1.7.22 with both languages English and Vietnamese.  My forum works fine so far, users are able to post/reply either English and/or Vietnamese.   But I am having the problem that all Notification emails do not come out right.  Some how the forum name 's character come our weird.  Please, please help.  I appreciate it.

This is  an email when users have forum/topic watch.

Go to vietnamese lang flies folder.

enter to /email/html/*.*

Modify the codification to your forum one.

I am sorry, there is no Vietnamese Lang folder.  I installed Vietnamese as a Mod.

Anyone, please help me on this.  I have tried both coding iso-8859-1 & utf-8, but did not work.

I'm sorry, but I'm not confident with charset... you may try to ask in the translations forum to other translators: maybe you can ask to translator in non european langs... like Arabic.

I don't know how that mod works... it would be better creating a full vietnamese pack to make sure that all files have the correct encoding.

Duplicate english folder at least... and call it lang_vietnamese... applying all the correct charset settings.
