Error On View Topic

On viewtopic I get this error

and when I dont get the error it shows a page with only the header and banner. Help Please, tried everything I could think of.

Edit: Did what this says http://www.icyphoenix.com/viewtopic.php?t=1520 and now on the ones that said the error just show a header now.

Edit: Nvm

anyways can someone help me move the user avatar and info to the left side on Milky way and move the Msn, AIM, ICQ icons to under the avatar?
