SOLVED Installation Error: Table 'ip_acronyms' Already Exists

Post Installation Error: Table 'ip_acronyms' Already Exists 
 
Hello I'm new here,
I have a strange error going on when I want to install the icy phoenix, when I fill all the information to install it allways comes to

An error has occurred during installation
An error occurred trying to update the database
Table 'ip_acronyms' already exists

What can I do? I have only one database on hosting is this the problem? Please help me I'm really depressed, BTW nice work MG and his team, keep it up.

If you have refreshed the install page, go to db and delete the tables related to ip
