When  Chang The Language Of My IP To Arabic The BBCode (Marquee Direction=left Or Right )Dose Not Work
In The Language Files I Chang
$lang['DIRECTION'] = 'ltr';
To
$lang['DIRECTION'] = 'rtl'; ...............to be in arbic
When this    :::: $lang['DIRECTION'] = 'ltr';    .............it is work
I need help pleasssssssssss...

Unfortunately Marquee is not W3C compliant and maybe you won't be able to make it work correctly.

If you really need marquee you can look for some JavaScript which replicate marquee and substitute the original effect in bbcb_mg.js and bbcode.php
