SOLVED Can't Open Topics Or Categories!

Post Can't Open Topics Or Categories! 
 
Well, I don't know what happened to my forums. Like whenever a visitor goes and click on one of the categories instead of directing them to the normal url it directs them to ....vf(#of topic) and then it says Page Not Found. And whenever I log in it works for me. Anybody know how to solve this?
