Post Can Navigator Be Modified To Work With Index Instead Forum.php?

As always, a pic to show quickly the issue:

 navigator

Well, since we don't need the Portal feature of Icy, we renamed forum.php to index.php and change something more in constants.php (if I don't remember bad). So now, it works, but some issue appears when we click on the forum category showed in the navigator/locator, and the problem is that (although SEO is on and points to an html address), the real address used by the navigator is "forum.php?cat=tatatata", so I'm wondering if there is a way to change that and force it to use index.php

Thanks in advance for your time!

review your constants.php at MG_PORTAL and MG_FORUM

the mg_forum is the file which contanins the forum file and mg_portal contanins the portal one. You might point both to the same route.

Both are pointed to index.php, so the problem should be in another place related more with the Navigator, which calls forum.php in order to point the category itself by default instead MG_FORUM (my forum.php renamed to index.php).

Which version of Icy Phoenix are you using?

If you are using the latest RC it would be easier to edit the breadcrumbs links, because they are now stored in only two files.

You can see it in my signature. Anyway, I solved the problem editing the .htaccess, changing the forum.php entries for index.php new ones
