Found this by accident.  

Next goes to "Previous Pic" and vice-versa. And it happens here at IP too. The url's are back to front?

There is a switch in ACP to invert the buttons. Have you tried to change it?

But it would make sense to have the default the other way round.

We have discuss this with MG month ago and he decided like it is now.

By the way, you should edit you title because it is no bug.

But it doesn't even make sense while the "Default" alt="View Next Picture" goes "backwards"  

And moreso - what a stupid option to choose reversing what goes against the normal way of doing things.

Sometimes the "Boss" needs to seriously consider the suggestions put forward on the same subject by others. Else the suggestions, and bug reporting may dry up for fear of treading on personal preferences.

You've lost me in the logic of what you suggest.

If the pics can be sorted ascending or descending, then there would be no purpose as I see it, to have the buttons go backwards as the default setting.
