Hello, I have to questions.

1.) I'm, using a black pearl theme how can I change my logo.
2.) I have to Welcome messages on the portal how can I get rid of one of them,
like I have one box and it says - Welcome to Icyphoenix and then there is another box right under it that says the same thing how can I fix this.

First

Go with your FTP client to

/templates/mg_themes/images/p_black

There you change sitelogo_small for your logo.

Remember it must be PNG.

The welcome blocks are in CMS - 3 colums.
Change them or switch them off.
